Ich hatte mich auf die positiven Bewertungen verlassen aber wurde enttäuscht.1. ich war 5-10 min zu spät, da ich mir Termin falsch eingetragen hatte. Okay mein Fehler.Daraufhin wurde ich unhöflich empfangen. Die Nägel die ich eigentlich haben wollte gingen dann anscheinend zeitlich nicht mehr. Wir haben uns dann auf andere geeinigt.Soweit so gut…Ich saß dann dort 2.5h auch alles gar kein Problem.Nach einer Woche erster Nagel ohne Grund abgebrochen in der nächsten halben Woche die nächsten zwei. Die Farbe löst sich und heute tat mir jedes mal wenn mein Nagel irgendwas berührt hat weh. Ich hab ihn mir dann angeschaut und er löst sich einfach vom Nagel…bei jeder berührung reißt er immer mehr ab.Hatte sowas noch nie!!! Meine Nägel haben alle immer mind 3.5 Wochen gehalten.Und zuletzt waren sie auch noch doppelt so teuer anstatt die geplanten 40-50€ musste ich 80€ bezahlen. In anderer Studios zahlt man deutlich weniger und bekommt ein besseres Langzeitergebnis.Sorry war echt nicht gut.
Heute hatte ich meine erste Pediküre und bin sehr zufrieden. Den Termin habe ich sehr schnell bekommen, was auch sehr wichtig ist. Die Arbeiter erledigen ihre Arbeit sehr professionell, sie achten auf die Hygiene, was viel über die Arbeiter selbst aussagt, und sie sind sehr freundlich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Ich kann diesen Salon nur empfehlen!
Ich bin absolut begeistert von meinem Besuch im Kicura Nagelstudio! Dian hat meine Nägel gemacht und ich könnte nicht glücklicher sein mit dem Ergebnis. Meine Nägel sind jetzt dünn, weiß und gepflegt – einfach wunderschön! Dian hat mit viel Präzision und Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet. Das Studio ist sehr einladend und der Service war erstklassig. Die ersten 2 Male war ich sehr zufrieden. Ich Hatte mir die Nägel mit Gel/Ombre machen lassen, sowie die Fußnägel mit Schellack. Heute habe ich das Erste mal eine Pediküre dazu gebucht, was somit auch der Grund ist, weshalb ich nicht mehr kommen werde. Die Dame war sehr grob und hatte einfach keine Lust. Sie hat mir meine Füße nahezu ins Fußbad geschmissen. Die Pediküre war somit einfach nur unangenehm und hat weh getan, zudem war sie unvollständig. Das hier außerdem regelmäßig über Kunden abgelästert wird ist Standard. Als sie fertig war kamen dann die Nägel dran. Diese hat sie auch genervt angefangen ab zu feilen und dann hat eine andere Kollegin weitergemacht, welche ebenfalls keine Lust hatte und genervt reagierte. Mit dem Ergebnis der Fußnägel war ich zwar zufrieden, mit der Pediküre und den Gel Nägeln aber diesmal nicht. Bei solchen Preisen einfach nicht in Ordnung.Ich suche mir mal wieder ein anderes Nagelstudio.
Ich war 2x hier für eine Maniküre und Shellac. Leider hat das bei mir gar nicht gehalten und es sah nach einer Woche unmöglich aus. Nach dem 2. Termin wurde mir zwar ein kostenloser Auffültermin angeboten, aber bevor ich den ausmachen konnte waren mir bereits bei 5 der Lack komplett abgegangen und an 2 weiten Nägeln zur Hälfte.Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit aber die Qualität stimmt leider nicht.
Bin enttäuscht :/. Wurde mir von einer Freundin empfohlen. Meine Nägel sind mit Acryl gemacht worden. Mache sie immer mit Acryl, aber die sind sehr weich, und dementsprechend splittert die Oberfläche mit jeder Kleinigkeit ab. Nach 8 Tagen sehen meine Nägel richtig abgenutzt aus, als ob ich auf dem Bau arbeiten würde. Mir wurde beim Nägel machen auch nicht erwähnt, dass ich 10€ extra zahlen muss, weil Airbrush für Ombre verwendet wurde, dass mir nicht gesagt wurde. Also 55 € für den Müll leider :/.2 Sterne weil mir Tee angeboten wurde und eine kleine Handmassage bekam.Muss auch sagen, eins der saubersten Nagelstudios. Schade.
Ich liebe Kicura! :-)Wenn ich top Service und perfekte Nägel möchte, gehe ich immer gerne zu Kim und ihrem Team.Man wird top beraten, die Nägel sind sehr stabil und dünn.Kaffee und Co. ist auch mit dabei, was man heutzutage bei kaum einem Nagelstudio vorfindet.Also wer sich wohlfühlen, willkommen und gut fühlen möchte, kann gerne mal dort vorbeischauen 🙂
